Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, tools, integrations, and OAuth-enabled app experiences that are provided by Cosmic Wire and link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any documentation or instructions we provide. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, introduce harmful code, scrape or harvest data except as permitted, or use the Services to violate the rights of others.
OAuth and Third-Party Services
Some Services may let you sign in with, connect to, or exchange data with third-party services, including Google. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers. You authorize us to access and use information from connected services only as needed to provide the features you choose to use.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Cosmic Wire a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit content to the Services.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, designs, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by Cosmic Wire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Client and Partner Experiences
Some Services may be configured for clients, partners, or other organizations. Those organizations may control certain settings, content, user access, or data handling decisions. If separate written terms apply to a client or partner deployment, those written terms control to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
Fees and Paid Services
If a Service requires payment, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be provided at sign-up, in an order form, or in separate written terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay applicable fees and taxes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We work to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Wire disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Wire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmic Wire from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, your use creates risk, or we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
